About Freedom Counselling
Freedom Counselling is dedicated to providing compassionate and person-centred counselling services for neurodivergent individuals, both in Gloucestershire and nationally. I offer Face2Face sessions at a convenient location on the outskirts of Gloucester city centre, or online sessions for those that are out of area, those with mobility issues and/or simply for convenience or personal preference.
As a neurodivergent individual myself, I do not have a fixed idea of what good mental health looks like, but am instead open to exploring what feels right for you and your own counselling goals. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore your own thoughts and feelings, and at your own pace. My counselling sessions are uniquely tailored to you and your individual needs, promoting self-awareness, emotional literacy and personal growth.

Services
Personal Counselling
In our sessions I will provide a neurodivergent-friendly space where you can lower the mask that has protected you, but also inhibited you, and welcome you into a warm, non-judgmental environment, where neurodivergence is understood, accepted and when it feels right, celebrated. With a unique insight into the struggles and barriers that arise from being different, I offer empathy and acceptance of you and the world as you experience it. I bring my true self to meet, explore and find freedom for your true self.
Bereavement Counselling
My grief counselling sessions are designed to address your specific loss and help you navigate the complex thoughts and feelings that can arise. With a wealth of experience supporting clients through the tragic loss of a loved one to suicide. and supporting those that have suffered the painful loss of pregnancy, through a collaborative and supportive approach, I aim to empower you to process your own grief and uncover what the loss means for you.
